1. Consulting Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in our consulting services, all fees for consultations, strategy sessions, audits, and other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For Scheduled Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Missed Appointments: No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit the session without refund.

3. Service Disputes

If you believe that the service you received does not align with the agreed-upon scope or expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery. We will review your concern in good faith and, if appropriate, offer a resolution such as:

Additional consultation time at no extra cost
Revisions or clarifications within reason
Partial credit toward future services (at our discretion)

4. Digital Products or Reports (If Applicable)

If we deliver digital deliverables such as reports, strategy plans, or assessments, these are considered final once delivered and are non-refundable, unless a clear technical error or failure to meet the scope of work can be demonstrated.
